Empower Activity Camps has successfully transformed over 2 lakh lives through immersive programs designed to enhance effectiveness and self-discovery. With a foundation led by an Army Veteran, the Empower team exemplifies discipline, leadership, and trust—values that are seamlessly integrated into KohVenture’s approach.

This legacy has inspired KohVenture’s mission to nurture confident and independent young global citizens. By building on the proven methods of experiential learning and safety-focused adventures, we aim to bring the same level of excellence and dedication to our curated travel camps for young adult.

Pranav Kohli - Founder

Former roles at Unilever, Goldman Sachs, and Bühler UK | Master’s in Corporate Finance, Bocconi University | Passionate about adventure, sustainability, and making the world a better place

Having lived in 11 cities and traveled to over 25 countries, Pranav has developed a passion for travel and meaningful connections. Living and working abroad, he gained firsthand experience in challenges faced by students and professionals in unfamiliar environments.

Raised in an army family, Pranav developed strong values of safety, discipline, manners, and etiquette. Through KohVenture, he aims to instil these values in the next generation, fostering confidence, cultural awareness, and camaraderie.

24 Years of Army Experience | Partner & Chief Trainer | MD, Empower Activity Camps

Army veteran with 24 years of experience, including United Nations Peacekeeping Force in Somalia.

At Kohventure, Colonel Kohli shares his life experiences to young adult with essential life skills, discipline, and respect for themselves, others, their nation, and the environment, ensuring their safety and well-being.

Over the past 18 years, he’s trained executives and students, driven by his belief in humanity and commitment to self-development, aiming to create a better future for all.

Suvarna Nikam

Certified Trainer | Educator | Adventure Enthusiast

Suvarna Nikam is an experienced trainer and educator with a passion for the outdoors. With over 25 years of experience in corporate training, teaching, and outdoor education, she has conducted over 50 children’s adventure camps. Her expertise in team-building, leadership, and behavioral training provides young adventurers with the tools they need for success.

Mr. Anup Talwar (Happy Anup)

Chartered Electrical Engineer | NLP Trainer | Leadership Expert

Known for his infectious positivity, Mr. Anup Talwar, also called Happy Anup, brings over 25 years of experience in enhancing human effectiveness. With qualifications ranging from NLP to psychology, Happy Anup excels in creating motivating learning environments and developing high-performance teams. He has pioneered programs like the Highway Classroom, a high-altitude retreat that blends leadership training with adventure.

Col. Sayaji Nikam

Facilitator & Coach | 33 Years Army Experience | 15 Years Corporate Training

A certified facilitator with 33 years of service in the Indian Army, Col. Sayaji Nikam is also a skilled trainer with 15 years of corporate experience. Having conducted over 1,000 behavioral training programs for corporate teams, his creative program designs help participants learn valuable leadership and team-building skills through adventure activities.

Squadron Leader. Adhishree Aggarwal

Life Coach & Trainer | 10 years in Air Force | Certified in First Aid and CPR

Offered 10+ years as a Fighter controller in handling intense flying Operations and managing Flight safety and Administration requirements of a unit in a defence driven environment. Top-notch abilities in controlling operations, training of personnel and human resource management. Held important appointments like Trg Director, Senior Sector Director and Senior Operations Officer in operationally intense units at remote locations. As Senior Operations Officer, mobilized and deployed a Transportable Radar Unit (TRU) comprising of 300 airmen for operational training and during development of hostilities (Balakot strike 2019) . Participated in various Command and Air Force level exercises on Large Force Engagement missions (LFE)
